요즘 핫한 NEON 영상에 결혼 전의 나와 지금의 나를 넣어 보기 (Claude Code와 Higgsfield에 넣은 프롬프트 원문)

A2O LITE의 NEON 안무 0~23초에 결혼 전의 나와 지금의 나를 함께 넣어 본 영상이다. 사진 두 장으로 시작해 Claude Code가 Higgsfield를 돌려 만들었고, 이 글에는 그때 실제로 넣은 프롬프트 다섯 개와 Claude Code에 한 말을 그대로 옮겼다.

핵심 요약

• 사진 두 장이 재료의 전부다. 결혼 전(2014년쯤) 셀카 한 장과 지금 셀카 한 장. 나머지 얼굴 각도 시트와 전신 사진은 Claude Code가 이미지 생성(Codex)으로 만들었다. 과거 얼굴은 지금 얼굴을 10살 젊게, 그때 머리로 다시 그린 것이다.
• 방식은 Object Swap이다. Higgsfield의 Genjutsu Object Swap에 NEON 영상 구간과 내 참조 사진을 넣어 영상 속 가수 둘을 나로 바꿨다. 카메라, 조명, 배경, 안무는 원본 그대로 두라고 썼다.
• 첫 프레임을 먼저 바꿔 넣으면 얼굴이 덜 흔들린다. 구간마다 원본 첫 프레임을 이미지 편집으로 나로 바꿔 두고, 그 그림을 "첫 프레임은 이것"이라고 같이 넣었다.
• 마지막 구간은 Motion Transfer가 실패했다. 동작만 옮기는 방식이라 원본 댄서의 긴 머리와 옷을 따라가서 둘 다 긴 머리로 나왔다. 바꾼 첫 프레임을 시작 장면으로 넣는 Seedance 2.5로 다시 만들어 짧은 머리와 반팔 티가 유지됐다.
• 480p로 먼저 뽑고 스크린샷으로 고친 뒤 1080p로 갔다. 480p 초안에 약 90크레딧, 1080p 최종에 476크레딧(한 구간은 서버 오류로 한 번 다시)이 들었다. 사진을 받은 뒤 1080p 완성까지 2시간 40분.
• 지시는 두 줄이면 됐다. 영상 주소와 구간을 주는 한 줄, "1000 크레딧 이하면 그냥 진행해줘" 한 줄. 프롬프트는 전부 Claude Code가 썼다.

원곡이 들어가니 수익은 권리자 몫이고, Higgsfield 광고도 아니다. 그냥 노래가 중독돼서 만들었다. 아래 원문은 사람 이름과 옷차림만 바꾸면 다른 안무 영상에도 그대로 쓸 수 있다.

1000 크레딧 이하면 그냥 진행해줘

1. 얼굴 각도 시트 (이미지 생성, 셀카 한 장 참조)

지금 얼굴용이다. 과거 얼굴은 같은 틀에서 나이와 머리 묘사만 바꿨다(early-to-mid 20s, medium-length wavy black hair, grey T-shirt).

3. 첫 프레임 바꾸기 (이미지 편집, 원본 프레임 + 얼굴 시트 참조)

구간마다 원본 영상의 첫 프레임을 이 프롬프트로 바꿔 두고, 아래 Object Swap에 "첫 프레임은 이것"으로 넣었다.

Edit the FIRST reference image (a frame from a dance video). Keep the exact same composition, camera angle, framing, crop, background, lighting, motion blur, and the exact same body poses, limb positions and head directions.

4. Object Swap (Higgsfield Genjutsu, 구간 영상 + 참조 이미지)

앞부분은 구간 네 개가 같고, 뒤에 구간마다 "누가 누구인지" 한 문단이 붙는다. 아래는 공통 머리와 첫 구간의 꼬리다.

Swap the two dancers for two men, who are the same person at two ages. Keep the camera, lighting, background, motion, poses and timing of the original video exactly. Adult men, 179 cm tall, realistic male proportions.

Both men have short-to-medium hair: replace the original dancers' long hair completely; no long hair on either man in any frame, even when spinning or swinging the head. Their heads turn together with their bodies; never twist the neck. Keep each face identical in every frame. Never make both men the same age.

Who is who: at the start one dancer stands alone: that is PAST. Then the dancer in FRONT is PAST and the dancer hidden behind who peeks out on the left and swings the head is NOW; when side by side, the darker-haired dancer is NOW and the lighter-haired dancer is PAST. In the later extreme close-up of a reaching arm, the arm and face belong to PAST. <<<image_7>>> is the first frame. <<<image_8>>> shows how the overlapping moment must look.

5. Seedance 2.5 (마지막 구간, 바꾼 첫 프레임을 시작 장면으로)

Motion Transfer가 긴 머리를 만들어서 이 방식으로 바꿨다. 시작 이미지 한 장과 참조 영상을 같이 넣는다.

Recreate the reference video shot for shot with the two men from the start image: same choreography, every pose and step, same timing, same camera framing and cuts. Leave the grey background dancers as in the reference.
The start image is the first frame. The man STANDING on the left is PAST (younger, early 20s, medium-length wavy black hair, no stubble, plain grey short-sleeve T-shirt reaching the hips, black pants, white sneakers). 줄거리

셀카 한 장이 다섯 각도가 된다

사진은 두 장뿐이었다. Claude Code가 셀카를 참조로 정면, 3/4 두 방향, 옆, 뒤통수 다섯 각도를 한 장에 뽑았다. 처음 뽑은 지금 얼굴은 완전히 다른 사람이 나와서, 정면과 3/4가 닮을 때까지 다시 뽑았다. 과거 얼굴은 지금 얼굴을 10살 젊게, 그때 머리인 웨이브로 그렸다.

전신은 두 사람을 나란히 세워 한 장으로 만들었다. 키를 179cm로 같게 적어 둔 덕에 영상에서 둘의 크기가 튀지 않았다.

첫 프레임부터 바꿔 둔다

Object Swap에 영상만 넣으면 얼굴이 구간 안에서 흔들린다. 그래서 구간마다 원본 첫 프레임을 이미지 편집으로 나로 바꿔 두고 "이게 첫 프레임"이라고 같이 넣었다. 왼쪽이 원본, 오른쪽이 바꾼 그림이다.

긴 머리가 돌아왔다

마지막 구간은 뒤에 댄서가 여럿 서 있어서 동작만 옮기는 Motion Transfer로 먼저 해 봤다. 결과는 둘 다 긴 머리에 배가 보이는 옷. 원본 댄서의 머리와 옷까지 따라간 것이다. 바꾼 첫 프레임을 시작 장면으로 넣는 Seedance 2.5로 다시 만들었더니 짧은 머리와 반팔 티가 끝까지 유지됐다. 왼쪽이 실패, 오른쪽이 고친 결과다.

480p에서 1080p로

480p로 먼저 뽑아 보고 잘 안 나온 자리는 스크린샷을 찍어 Claude Code에 보여 주며 고쳤다. 괜찮아지면 "1000 크레딧 이하면 그냥 진행해줘" 한 줄로 1080p를 맡겼다. 완성본의 손동작 컷이 썸네일이 됐다.
